Refund policy
At House of Gulab (Brand: VanPotli), we want you to love your purchase.
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 5 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos at hello@vanpotli.com.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
Once your return request is approved, we will share instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about approval. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. It may take additional time for your bank to reflect the amount.
Non-returnable items:
Certain items such as delicate pieces (including mirror work products), sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Important:
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
